Service Description
common.ink provides:
- Secure, encrypted note storage
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration for AI agents
- OAuth 2.1 provider for third-party integrations
- Public note sharing capabilities
User Accounts
Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse of the Service
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Upload malware or malicious content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Store content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Content Ownership
- You retain all rights to content you create
- You grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to provide the Service
- We do not claim ownership of your notes
API and MCP Usage
- API access is subject to rate limiting
- Free tier: 60 requests per minute
- Paid tier: 6000 requests per minute
- You must not circumvent rate limits or abuse API access
Service Availability
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
- We are not liable for any service interruptions
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless common.ink from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
